To provide maximum traction and stability on all roads, All-Wheel Drive is standard on the Envision. But it costs extra on the Corsair.

When descending a steep, off-road slope, the Envision’s standard Hill Descent Control allows you to creep down safely. The Corsair doesn’t offer Hill Descent Control.

The Buick Envision comes with a standard HD Surround Vision, while the Lincoln Corsair doesn’t offer a camera washer, requiring manual cleaning.

The Envision’s corrosion warranty is 1 year longer than the Corsair’s (6 vs. 5 years).

There are almost 2 times as many Buick dealers as there are Lincoln dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the Envision’s warranty.

J.D. Power and Associates’ 2025 Initial Quality Study of new car owners surveyed provide the statistics that show that Buick vehicles are better in initial quality than Lincoln vehicles. J.D. Power ranks Buick above average in initial quality. With 23 more problems per 100 vehicles, Lincoln is rated below average.

J.D. Power and Associates’ 2025 survey of the owners of three-year-old vehicles provides the statistics that show that Buick vehicles are more reliable than Lincoln vehicles. J.D. Power ranks Buick second in reliability, above the industry average. With 78 more problems per 100 vehicles, Lincoln is ranked 24th.

On the EPA test cycle the Envision gets better fuel mileage than the Corsair 2.0 turbo 4-cylinder AWD running its gasoline engine (22 city/28 hwy vs. 21 city/28 hwy).

An engine control system that can shut down some of the engine’s cylinders helps improve the Envision’s fuel efficiency. The Corsair doesn’t offer a system that can shut down part of the engine.

To lower fuel costs and make buying fuel easier, the Buick Envision uses regular unleaded gasoline. The Corsair with the 2.0 turbo 4-cylinder engine requires premium for maximum efficiency, which can cost on average about 84.9 cents more per gallon.

The Envision has 5 gallons more fuel capacity than the Corsair Grand Touring’s standard fuel tank (16.1 vs. 11.1 gallons), for longer range between fill-ups.

The Envision’s instruments include an oil pressure gauge and a temperature gauge - which could save your engine! Often ‘idiot lights’ don’t warn you until damage has been done. The Corsair does not have an oil pressure gauge.

When the Envision is put in reverse, both rearview mirrors tilt from their original position. This gives the driver a better view of the curb during parallel parking maneuvers. Shifting out of reverse puts the mirrors into their original positions. The Corsair’s mirrors don’t automatically adjust for backing.

To quickly and conveniently keep personal devices charged without cables tangling and wearing out, the Buick Envision has a standard wireless phone charging system (Qi) in the center console. Wireless charging costs extra on the Corsair.

The Envision Avenir has a 115-volt a/c outlet on the center console, allowing you to recharge a laptop or run small household appliances without special adapters that can break or get misplaced. The Corsair doesn’t offer a house-current electrical outlet.
